Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain every day.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 140 AED
Is there a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery for orders above 200 AED. For orders below 200 AED a delivery charge of 10 AED will apply.
How long before I get my delivery?
We harvest when you order! Because of that, any orders received before 3 pm will be eligible for next day delivery.
Can I schedule my deliveries?
Yes, you can schedule your deliveries up to 2 weeks in advance. Just choose your desired delivery date in the drop-down menu upon check out.
What if I am not home?
If no one is available to receive your order when it is being delivered, please provide us instructions in the ‘order notes’ section upon check out so we can arrange it accordingly. We will not leave orders outside your door unless instructed to. Rest assured our drivers will give you a call when they are on their way!
Can I schedule a specific time for delivery?
At Emirates Bio Farm we deliver between 9 am and 6 pm. If you have a specific time you would like to receive your delivery please mention it in the order notes and we will try our best to accommodate the request.
Can I change my delivery day?
Please contact us at 0553857052 at least 24 hours before your delivery date if you wish to make changes and we will try our best to accommodate you.
I have forgotten an item and I have placed an order already is there a way I can add the item?

What is the monthly subscription?
Signing up for our monthly subscription is a one-time purchase that covers 4 deliveries over the course of one month. You will receive one box per week of the freshest local organic produce based on our weekly harvest.

What is included in the purchase?
Mixed box delivered in the size you choose ( 6 kg,9kg, or 12 kg) X 4 times (within a month)
Each box includes a mix of the freshest seasonal harvest ( items are determined based on freshness and availability at time of harvest)
One box delivered per week on the day of the week you specify at checkout upon first purchase

How do I know when my box will be delivered?
Upon check out of your first purchase you will be able to schedule the first delivery. The subsequent deliveries will be scheduled on the same day of the week as the first delivery; for example if the first delivery is scheduled on a Sunday, the following 3 deliveries will be scheduled for the next 3 Sundays.
Can I customize the box?
The box is designed in a way that there is an equal part of staple items like cucumber, tomato and salad greens as well as herbs and seasonal items like cauliflower and zucchini (corn and pumpkin). The vegetables inside the box all go well together and are used in everyday dishes. We have designed this as a way to limit waste and give a wide variety of what is in season.
I have an allergy or dietary requirement. What should I do?
If you have an allergy or a dietary requirement please mention it in the order notes upon check out. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact at 0553857052 we will be more than happy to accommodate your request. The box will be slightly different every week as nature changes and new vegetables are in season.
What happens when I am travelling in the month of my subscription?
If you have a delivery scheduled as part of your subscription and are unable to receive it, please contact us at 0553857052 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

What happens if there is an item missing from my order?
Please contact us at 0553857052 with your order number at hand so we can address the concern as quickly as possible.
I am not satisfied with my order what do I do?
We take quality and customer satisfaction very seriously; please contact customer service at 0553857052 immediately with the details of the issue, our customer service will immediately work to resolve the issue.
What are odd-shaped vegetables?
Odd shaped vegetables are perfectly fresh and nutritious but get rejected from the market due to odd shapes and sizes; which causes a lot of food waste. We offer you the option of choosing odd-shaped vegetables in your order to help us reduce such waste.
Are all your products certified organic?
Yes, all products listed on our website are certified organic. The local vegetables and fruits we grow at Emirates Bio Farm are certified organic by ESMA, USDA and EU. To view our certifications click here
Any product we carry goes through a diligent process to ensure our partners and suppliers are certified organic as well.
What type of packaging do you use for home delivery?
We pride ourselves on using minimal packaging for our home delivery; our boxes are made of recyclable material and can be reused. Zero plastic from our farm to your fork is our promise!
I have ordered and paid but an item I ordered was not in the box or invoice what happens?
At Emirates Bio Farm we harvest our produce daily in order to provide you with the freshest organic fruits and vegetables within 24 hours of being harvested. Because nature has its own way sometimes, some items may not be ready to harvest and as such will be missing from your order. We will try our best to ensure all the items you have ordered are delivered to you, rest assured that any item not delivered to you will not be charged or will be refunded. We will also contact you prior to delivery in case an item will be missing from your order.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds take around 5 – 15 days depending on your bank and service provider.
What is your refund policy?
When you opt to make an online payment for your purchases, you will only be charged for the items which will be delivered. We make every effort to guarantee the accuracy of availability on our website but should there be any missing items we will communicate with you to replace them or provide credit on your account in the balance amount.

I have forgotten my passcode for my account how can I get it?

I have a coupon or voucher and it’s not working.
